Handmade Jewelry
All my designs take inspiration in ancient jewelry, gilded reliquary skeletons, and perfectly imperfect organic materials. I bring fossils, petrified wood, vintage beads and glass, freshwater pearls, shells, ethically sourced rattlesnake bones and more together into bolo ties, cufflinks and earrings.
Many of my designs are the product of years of collecting and are limited to a single pair only you will get to wear.
All my earrings are gold or silver plated, the leather is genuine and the natural stones and gemstones give each piece its own unique personality.

Care Instructions
Your jewelry is made by hand, one by one, from materials that carry their own history. Each piece is uniquely shaped by natural irregularity. Please reach out to the artist, Taylor Stein, at tayorstein16@gmail.com if you’d like to discuss a custom or engraved bolo & cufflink set.
Cleaning
Please do not use harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive cloths; these can dull the natural luster of pearls & shells. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust or fingerprints. For occasional gentle cleaning, wipe with a barely damp cloth & air-dry.
Wearing
Please avoid chlorinated water. The slide on your bolo tie is easily adjusted to your desired length by tightening or loosening the crimps.
Storage
Please lay bolo ties flat to avoid kinking the leather. If a kink develops, heat the leather with a hair dryer from a distance of at least 8 inches & gently massage & stretch flat, then place under a heavy book. Avoid pulling too hard, as the leather may stretch too far. Avoid steaming. If storing for long periods, wrap each item individually to prevent scratching & tuck out of direct sunlight.

Policies
US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. We do not offer Priority or Express Shipping as most of our orders are preorders and shipping multiple weeks after the purchase is made. We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage includes tracking, $100 of insurance, and typically ships in 2-5 days of being received by USPS.
International shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $35.00 and is offered to all countries. International orders can expect an additional 3-4 weeks of handling prior to being shipped. We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ship international orders. Tracking is included on each order, but insurance guarantees vary by carrier. The artist is not responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred after the product has shipped.
Returns
Returns are allowed in two cases: if the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered. If the product arrives damaged in some way or is the wrong product, please reach out within a week of receiving your package by emailing taylorstein16@gmail.com. I may ask that you provide photos or return the product. If we require you to return the damaged or incorrect product, please send the return items to PO Box 7277 Missoula, MT 59807.
Exchanges
I do not allow exchanges at this time, unless the product you receive is not the product that you ordered.
Cancellations
Purchases cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Repairs
Customers are entitled to refunds if the item takes more than 12 weeks to ship without prior communication on the status of the package via email. The other circumstance in which you may be entitled to a refund is in the event of your jewelry breaking or becoming nonfunctional. I reserve the right to review nonfunctioning jewelry on a case by case basis. If you wish to receive a refund or repair, please contact me at taylorstein16@gmail.com.
